2008-04-12 [xido]: Ophiodus enters, his coppery hair streaming to the floor and dragging on the ground as he walks. His opalescent golden skin shimmers in the afternoon sun, below the shady hollows of the foliage overhead. His naked body glides forward over the unsteady earth, revealing that he is not truly man, but something altogether different; his parts are dual-purpose, that is, Ophiodus is hermaphroditic (har). Being unashamed in his free nature, he admires the light coming down through the leaves above and begins to weave it around him. His hands shoot out from below the sleek and coiled tendrils of shining copper hair around his lithe body, splayed wide open then grasping at the air, causing it to stir. Guiding the light, playing with it, toying with its actions as it glinted off body and paused only in reflecting not off the coin-sized flecks of green in his coils, which appeared like leaves, or malachite growing on the copper tendrils of the shimmering curtain springing from this exotic creature's head.

The Lightworker pulls the light in on itself, and it compresses down into a tightly weaved pod, a seed that shifts and changes form one last time, and begins to dull in appearance.

Ophiodus holds the seed in air above his hand as he uses the other to shift aside the mossy soil at his feet near a large stone monolith. Assured that the tree will one day grow to push the monolith aside given enough time, sunlight, and care, he plants the light-seed in the earth below him and brushes the soil back over it, patting it down once to give it its place.

Rising, Ophiodus causes the death surrounding the seed to become fertility, giving the ground vital nutrients and loving nourishment. Overhead, the clouds begin to coalesce for the coming rain, fading then blocking the sun. The being's shimmering hair turns a pale brown, the flecks of green like umber and jade in the curtain of his hair.

He closes in nearer to a large tree, and enters a secret doorway. He is within Ophiodus'_Grove.
